Hi, EQ Guy Here, By far the BIGGEST News today. . . I’ve got One Million Views on My EQ Blog!!!!! Hurricane Hector made a near landfall at Johnston Atoll, Typhoon Shanshan made a good landfall at Japan, and all that was then followed by a BIG 6.5 Far North Alaska Earthquake and a 6.1 Aftershock there, too!!!

There has ALSO been a 3.5 Richters Earthquake at Parkfield, California, and a 4.4 at Eastern San Diego County. . . Maybe you’re familiar with the tiny town of Aguanga, California? ANYWAYS that was the epicenter of that earthquake.

Sooo. . . All this movement of the tectonic plates could strike around Iquique, Chile with up to that 8 Magnitude we're watching for there, with Day 40 coming on August 21. Alerts continue for Valpraiso-Santiago, Japan, and Others!!!!!
