Hi, EQ Guy Here. . .Hurricane Maria made landfall at Puerto Rico early Wednesday and that 1928 Hurricane there, was followed by a 7.5 Oaxca, (O-Hock-a) Mexico, AND a 6.5 Chihuahua!!! AND we are ALL very sorry for our friends in Mexico, there!!!
When you combine Irma--Ragged Island now, with Maria--Puerto Rico. . . That will now equal one Really Big Earthquake heading DIRECTLY for Northern California AND the San Francisco Bay Area!!! Possibly more up-around Santa Rosa, Mendocino, California, and Cape Mendocino, or towards the Boundary Peak, Nevada Region, too!!! With all the big time shaking in Mexico. . . I want to say this one is predicted to be as high as a 7.7 there! (But naturally these do not always happen, so it could be far less than a 7.7 there, too!!!)
