There was a landfall this week of Tropical Storm Danielle just to the South of Brownsville, Texas and it now looks like that line of Brand-New Potential Earthquake Energy could be heading directly for the Los Angeles Regionnnnnn!!!!! Of course that could be anywhere from Long Beach up to Hollywood and could even strike a few other places BEFORE it gets to L.A.!!!
Since that landfall was just like on Tuesday we’ll have to now be watching well into August for the next big say 5.8 Richters Earthquake there!!! AND start watching for Long Beach, Anaheim, Santa Ana, and Huntington Beach Areas to be getting foreshocks immediately!!!
Also just in today a Major Tornado with upwards of ONE HUNDRED Dead in China will mean some major shaking to follow in THAT Region and possibly along the Pacific, too! So nothing REALLY BIG shaking, but always watch and be prepared for Earthquakes!!! Because there ARE still a few smaller ones out there!!!

In the moments before todays "Earthquake Minute" DJ and Show Host "The Real Jaguar" talked about having been in San Diego and felt last weeks 5.2 Richters Earthquake that shook out there. He discussed feeling the house shake and then we began this weeks regular show:

Looks like the June Full Moon AND. . . The 2016 Summer Solstice will both fall on MONDAY!!!!! Exact Moment of the Full Moon at 6:05am, and the SUMMER SOLSTICE will be at 5:34 PM
Predictions??? NO! But do be watching starting late on SUNDAY!!! Especially around California, but this alert is mostly for Sendi, and Hokkaido, as well as around Banda Aceh, Sumatra, and Indonesia there!!! Like a 6 or 7, there!!!
So, the National Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council REQUIRES a “Degree of Certainty” and since I’m NOT too certain this one will be happening, I’m NOT going to make this one a “Prediction”!!!
BUT. . . Be Watching For It!!!!!

Of Course you FIRST heard that Alert for a 5 Right here on your Pacifica Radio Network station Onnnnnnnnn “Earthquake Minute” and all that is at my EQ Blog at www.earthquakealert.blogspot.com AND Keep Watching for more because these Alerts will run well into July along with that Big Alert for Sumatra, Indonesia, Hokkaido, and Sendi, Japan. . . Shouldn’t be much bigger than a 6 or 7 on the Richter Scale.
Now is a good time to discuss Earthquake Preparations and maybe some Earthquake Retrofitting

Big 5.2 Richters Southern California "Earthquake Minute" dated June 10, 2016, Transcript:

5.2 Richters Earthquake struck 27 Miles South of Palm Springs. . . And SIX. . .TY miles to the NORTH of where our friend The Real Jaguar is AT Right Now down there in SAN DIEGOooooo!!!!!!!!!
LOTS of aftershocks and a Grand Total of upwards of 500 Earthquakes there since this one struck at around 3:05am OUR TIME, and 1:05am Pacific Time at the epicenter on Friday Morning!!!
So, California will probably keep shaking like that, and it might be a good time for some “Earthquake Preparations” there!!! ALSO: Keep Watching around Sumatra, Indonesia, and Hokkaido and Sendi, Japan for say around a 6 or 7 and mayyyyybe a small tsunami there with that, too!!!
JAG probably doesn’t need to hear about that Excursion Bus to shopping in Tijuana, Mexico. . . That I had planned for this part, BEFORE that big earthquake!!!

California Shaking "Earthquake Minute" June 3, 2016 Transcript:

California is Shaking, Shaking, Shaking right this minute, Folks!!! Of course Tropical Storm Bonnie made landfall last weekend at Charleston and the landfall of Hurricane Irene at Puerto Rico preceded that 5.9 that SHOOK The Washington Monument, and the landfall of Hurricane Hugo at Charleston in 1989 preceded The World Series Earthquake. . .
Soooooooo we might EXPECT California to shake and this weekend the June New Moon so they could continue to shake, although they probably WILL NOT go to much beyond about 6 Richters, hopefully!!! And there is an alert for Banda Aceh and there WAS a 6.5 about 500 Miles South of there on Wednesday, so keep watching there!!!!!. . .And Of Course keep watching California and our East Coast, too!!!
