Boston Second Earthquake At Nearly Same Epicenter "Earthquake Minute", November 23, 2020, The Script:

Hi, EQ Guy Here, Aside from the fact that a 4.7 hit Nicaragua today. . . Sent out a brand-new "Official Prediction" yesterday for our East Coast at 3 to 5 on the Richter Scale by January 15, 2021.

Just yesterday a 2.0 struck South of Boston where a 3.5 struck there on November 8, 2020 and so good chance of a bigger one for ALL that region, there. . . . .

And all this as we will continue to watch Managua, Nicaragua and ALL of Central America for what I expect will be a pretty big earthquake!!!

Or at least for sure much, much bigger then the 4.7 there early today, although THAT one was just 59 miles west of Managua, Nicaragua, so DO keep watching all of Nicaragua and Central America for massive earthquakes AND if you're in that region watch out for buildings that ARE-NOT "Quake Proof" and anywhere that a landslides could come to affect you!

Managua, Nicaragua Alert For Big One "Earthquake Minute" For November 17, 2020, Transcript/Script:

Hi, Everybody, EQ Guy Here!!! Over the years I have been careful NOT to try giving “Predictions”, rather ALERTS for when and where Earthquake might strike.  This occasion that will be very important!  Due to big earthquake heading for Managua, Nicaragua where they have been destroyed by major earthquakes 2 other times!

Now, instead of my usual “I’m predicting a big earthquake for etc., etc.” Today I wish to more formally SAY Managua, and/or Nicaragua should be prepared for a big one to shake, there!  Especially watch buildings that are not “Quake Proof” and ANYWHERE a landslide could be possible.

This one goes beyond a prediction and similar to 1923 Japan, could shake at any moment with a 4.1 already at nearby Mazatlan, Mexico and now TWO Cat-5 Hurricanes!  Might guess it’s time for Managua, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, etc. to shake as high as 7.5 to 8 on the Richter Scale!!!
Also keep watching Carolinas, East Coast, Illinois, Indiana, New Madrid, and NEW Hurricanes mean Caribbean, such as Barbados!

This is NOT a Drill!!!  It is a Major Alert for 7.5 up to 8.3 Richters Earthquake to strike Managua, Nicaragua and that whole entire region of Central America!!!!!

Also from time to time known as the “Quake Chaser Dude” and I am here today to say I just got back from Beautiful Champaign/Urbana, Illinois where they had a 2.5 Richters Earthquake directly under the nearby town of Pesotum!!! And we will continue to watch that region for more and possibly bigger earthquakes, yet!!!

Other areas we really need to watch include the Philippines, And Central America!  Both due for Big Earthquakes, along with the Caribbean and especially Granada, Trinidad, & Barbados.

Now, with regards to our East Coast where we have been watching: There was a 3.6 On The Richters Scale Earthquake South of Boston, Massachusetts and exactly on that line we’ve been watching and will continue to watch AND as is usually the case. . . You heard it first right here!!!

Hi, EQ Guy Here!!!  If you follow my regular EQ Blog closely, then you have seen these recent alerts for Illinois AND our East Coast with this weeks additions of New York City, and Washington, DC!!!   All that because there was a 2.5 Illinois Earthquake just South of Champaign, Urbana on Friday, AND a 3.6 Near Boston, Massachusets Early Sunday!

Might NOT be the end of the shaking for those regions and BOTH of these Earthquakes struck exactly on that line we’ve been watching.  Could be a bigger one to come perhaps East Coast but also on that list is Central America and the Philippines!  Trinidad, Grenada, and Barbadoes where Martinique already had a 4.5 last week 25 Miles from Mt. Pele!!

NEW alerts for Mexico City, New York City, and the Washinton, DC Area, Also now remember to keep watching Chicago, Illinois, and Indiana Region, Spartanburg, The Carolinas, and maybe up into Ohiooooooo!!!!!

We’ve now had brand-new landfalls of TWO very big, very dangerous windstorms at Philippines, and Nicaragua so watch for up to 8 Richter Earthquakes in both of those places along with probable tectonic plate movement earthquakes in Trinidad, Grenada, Barbados, along with Darwin, Tanzania, Solomon Islands, along with Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Kiribati, Somolia, and 150 Miles North of Lima, Peru and into Brazil, there!!!!!  LOTS of new and probably BIG Earthquakes a coming!!!!
